Disaster Relief and Mental Health Recovery
Faith House is dedicated to serving Californians affected by fires, floods, earthquakes, and mental health crises through hands-on relief, education, and long-term recovery support. In partnership with Lotus Works LLC and RxManager.org, Faith House strengthens communities before, during, and after disasters with programs that build safety, preparedness, and emotional resilience.
We lead “Wildfire Ready” workshops at churches, schools, and community centers; form neighborhood volunteer teams to assist with evacuations and safety outreach; and partner with homeowner associations and local councils to distribute evacuation maps, safety kits, and insurance guidance. Our multilingual outreach teams ensure that Spanish-speaking and vulnerable residents are equally informed and supported.
Faith House has assisted families and first responders during the Sonoma County Fires, Paradise Fires, and Los Angeles Fires, distributing essentials, providing temporary housing through our Tesla-style “Relief Pods,” and connecting survivors to mental health care and medication management through RxManager.org.
With this funding, Faith House will expand its reach — offering disaster housing, mental wellness support, and rapid-response coordination across California’s most disaster-prone regions. Our goal is to establish permanent “Faith House Resilience Hubs” — multipurpose community centers equipped with solar power, emergency supplies, counseling rooms, and technology access for displaced individuals.
These hubs will not only serve as emergency shelters during crises but also as year-round education and wellness centers focused on preparedness, trauma recovery, and medication management continuity. By partnering with local governments, schools, and faith-based networks, Faith House ensures that every family — regardless of income or background — has access to safety, stability, and compassionate care when disaster strikes.
Through collaboration with Lotus Works LLC and RxManager.org, we integrate mental health and housing recovery as one unified effort, recognizing that rebuilding lives means addressing both physical and emotional recovery. Our mission is simple yet urgent: to bring hope, healing, and resilience to every Californian facing life’s hardest challenges.
